Job Requirements

The maintenance personnel will work to service our tenants' maintenance requests. Also, the maintenance personnel will also help with basic apartment turnover (i.e., preparing the apartment for the new tenant)

- fixing basic plumbing problems like clogged toilet, drains, leaking pipes, etc

- fixing appliances like stove, refrigerator, dishwashers, etc

- carpentry work like patching up holes on the wall

- HVAC work

- minor electrical work

- painting

- laying of carpet/ tile and other flooring

Who We Are Looking For

Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred but not required. If you're courteous, punctual and hard working, please apply. If you have experience with plumbing, carpentry, HVAC work, then please apply.


Applicants need to have a valid drivers license.


A criminal background check will also be performed. 

Compensation

You will be paid $17-$20/hour

Job Requirements

The office clerk will act as a point of contact in our Property Management Office for all incoming phone calls. He/she will also coordinate with our leasing agents, maintenance personnel and property manager with all communication coming in from the tenants. Lastly, the office clerk will log in on our Property Management software, upload pictures and details of our properties in our website and produce the needed documents for our tenants and for Management.

Who We Are Looking For

Experience as an administrative assistant or customer service are preferred although not required.  Attention to detail is key. You need to have basic computer skills and knowledgeable on how to operate a fax machine, scanner, printer and have good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and know how to upload pictures and videos online. Lastly, the most crucial skill we are looking for is good phone etiquette and pleasant personality.
